Executive Board
President: Nicole Benedict
Nicole is a senior from Appleton, Wisconsin, triple majoring in Finance, International Business, and Accelerating Ingenuity in Markets (AIM). Before serving as Chapter President, she held the roles of Vice President of Health, Wellness, and Accountability and Director of External Events. Outside of Alpha Phi, she is the President of Delta Sigma Pi, Marquette’s professional business fraternity, and previously served as President of One Love Marquette, a student organization focused on raising awareness about domestic violence. She also serves as Vice President of Rho Lambda, is a member of Women in Business and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and works as a Custody Operations Specialist at U.S. Bank. In fall 2024, she attended the Alpha Phi Leadership Institute at Walt Disney World.
VP of Health, Wellness, and Accountability: Cate Viertel
Cate is a junior in the College of Nursing from Minnesota. Before becoming VP of HWA, she served as the Director of Social Events.
VP of Finance: Alix Ritchie
Alix is a junior majoring in Finance and Commerical Real Estate. She is also a student in the Real Estate Asset Program (REAP). She is currently involved in the Commerical Real Estate Club, where she serves as Director of Recruitment.
VP of Membership Recruitment: Ella Reimer
Ella Reimer is a junior at Marquette University, majoring in Finance, Commerical Real Estate, and Accelerating Ingenuity in Markets (AIM) Fintech track. Originally from St. Louis, she serves as the Vice President of Membership Recruitment for Alpha Phi, where she is passionate about fostering sisterhood and supporting the chapter’s growth. Beyond Alpha Phi, Ella is actively involved in the Commercial Real Estate Club as Director of Public Relations, where she builds connections and promotes industry engagement. Her academic and professional interests include commercial real estate, brokerage, and sustainable development. In her free time, Ella enjoys exploring new opportunities to grow personally and professionally.
VP of New Member Education and Member Experience: Lexi Brkovic
Lexi is a senior from Chicago, Illinois, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Nursing with hopes of becoming a Pediatric Nurse Anesthetist. Before serving as Vice President of New Member Education, she was Director of Health, Wellness, and Education. Outside of Alpha Phi, she is involved in Letters of Love and Best Buddies, and is a member of the Marquette University Student Nurses Association. She currently works as a Patient Care Technician at Glenbrook Hospital and will further her experience this summer through a Nursing Externship. Lexi is excited to welcome and support new members as they join Alpha Phi.
VP of Marketing: Nora Peters
Nora Peters is a sophomore from Lake Forest, Illinois, majoring in Public Relations with a focus on Corporate Communications. On campus, Nora is an active member of PRSSA and co-founded a small business. She also manages internal communications for a boutique in her hometown of Lake Forest.
VP of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Savannah Tan
Savannah Tan is a junior Nursing student from Naperville, Illinois, aspiring to become a Nurse Anesthetist. Prior to becoming VP of DEI, she was an active member of the Bayanihan Student Organization at Marquette. Because of her Filipino American background, she strives to implement an inclusive and integrative environment not only in Alpha Phi, but also in Marquette’s community.
VP of Philanthropy: Isabella Preschat
Isabella is a junior from Bayside, Wisconsin. She is studying Biomedical Sciences on the Pre-Physician’s Assistant Track. Outside of Alpha Phi, Isabella works as a medical assistant at a Urology clinic, as well as shadowing PAs in different specialties. Isabella is also a part of the Pre-PA club, Letters of Love and volunteers with a local homeless shelter as well as a Catholic middle school in the nurse's office and tutoring children. With a great passion, Isabella is excited to further the knowledge of women’s heart health within the chapter, and greater Milwaukee community.
Panhellenic Delegate: Sami McCabe
Sami is a senior from Lake Zurich, Illinois. She is studying Public Relations and Corporate Communications. Outside of Alpha Phi, Sami was previously the Vice President of Communications for the Panhellenic Council and was on Marquette’s Cheerleading team. 
Executive Administrator: Molly Wingate
​​Molly is a junior from Chicago, Illinois. She is a Marketing major with a concentration in Professional Selling. Outside of Alpha Phi, Molly is involved in the Women in Business club and works as an Assistant Property Manager for R2 companies in Milwaukee’s Third Ward.
